🐾 General Questions

➤ What does Scoopies do?
Scoopies is a pet waste removal service — we pick up where your pup left off. Whether you need a one-time cleanup or regular visits, we keep your yard clean, safe, and poop-free.

➤ Do I need to be home during service?
Nope! As long as we have access to your yard (and your pup is inside or secured), we’ll get the job done without disrupting your day.

🐕 Dogs Outside During Service

➤ What if my dog is outside when you arrive?
For a quick and efficient service, we prefer that dogs be inside or secured. However, we can work around friendly dogs if they’re not in the way. If a dog becomes too playful or problematic, we may ask that they be put inside to ensure we can complete the job safely and efficiently.

📅 Service & Scheduling

➤ How often can I schedule poop scooping?
We offer one-time cleanups, weekly, and biweekly service. Just choose what fits your needs, and we’ll handle the rest.

➤ Can I change or pause my service?
Absolutely. Life happens — just give us a quick heads-up, and we’ll adjust your service with no hassle and no fees.

💩 Poop Disposal & Removal

➤ What happens to the poop after you scoop it?
By default, we double-bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin — sealed and tidy. Prefer we take it with us? We’re happy to do that for a small $5 disposal fee per visit.

➤ Do you offer services for businesses or HOA communities?
Absolutely! We love working with businesses and HOA communities to keep shared spaces clean. Since every property is unique, we offer custom pricing based on the size, number of dogs, and service frequency. Reach out for a personalized quote, and we’ll create the perfect plan for your property!
